Supporting Growth
The Howley Foundation supports efforts to grow and enhance school networks that provide high quality seats for students from low socioeconomic backgrounds. We are typically interested in Philadelphia and Cleveland, but we also occasionally support networks outside this area.
The most significant example is the Cristo Rey Network of Catholic, urban schools.
