From Cristo Rey to Harvard Graduate: Meet Jaide Talmadge

It’s with great pride that The Howley Foundation recognizes the achievements of a former Howley Scholar. Saint Martin de Porres High School 2017 alumna, Jaide Talmadge, graduated from Harvard University this May, majoring in Sociology. Talmadge was the first Saint Martin student to be accepted into and attend an Ivy League school. During her experience at Harvard, Jaide served as a CPIC Mindich Public Service Fellow with Michigan Legal Services and interned with the Mayor of Boston’s Office of Health & Human Services Young and Young Adult Homelessness Initiative.
